Install OneDrive for Desktop


How to install OneDrive on your Windows 10 computer to sync files to the cloud.


Install OneDrive

  1. Go to site:
  2. Click Download

  3. Run the application by opening the download.
    1. On Chrome: 

    2. Follow any prompt and Click "Allow" or "Yes" if asked if you want to run the application.

Sign In to OneDrive

  1. Open the OneDrive app (If it didn't already open after the installation)
  2. Enter Your Microsoft 365 Email for Login and Click "Sign In"

  3. Enter Your Password and Click "Sign In"

  4. If this is your first time setting up your account, you will be prompted with the below. If this happens, follow this link for instructions on configuring your Multi-Factor Authentication: . You can also click "Skip for now" to do this later.

  5. After Completing the MFA steps above, proceed to step 6. 
  6. Follow Prompts to the end and read instructions

  7. Click "Later" unless you want it on your phone

  8. Open your one drive folder
